I love my job because I am able to watch people who have all different disabilities discover that they can be included in all kinds of activities and that each person has something to offer to those around them. I love to see them smile with confidence as they learn more about the purpose that God has for their lives. I’m grateful to God for this job and for our Director who not only cares for our clients, but also supports, encourages and prays for us as staff!

I love my job because I love helping our clients build relationships with each other through group activities such as English classes and art classes. I love watching them all grow! I also really enjoy being able to learn from and hear the experiences of people with many types of disabilities and from different family situations.
